Pesimoooooo I have almost 5 years living in the Tonala Hills subdivision and have always struggled with water but we have more than 1 month that flat all day without water and this is daily, daily .... and neither their lights only builds and builds houses but they are not prevented with a stronger pump to be able to supply all the houses ......

Aunado a esto, que reciba una capacitación de atención al cliente, pues si tendrá contacto con los visitantes a la oficina debería proveer una recepción adecuada. Sumamente INFORMALES en garantias y MUY MALA CALIDAD de los materiales de vivienda. Agrego las fotos para que se decepcionen y NO LES COMPREN hasta que sean mas profesionales! Creo que el infonavit ni siquiera debiera de dar créditos para esta desarolladora ya que con los malos materiales lo único que quedaría a 15 años es la deuda sin vivienda… Las imágenes no mienten! Llevan meses sin realizar el tramite con el siapa para que nos coloquen el medidor de agua en DECENAS DE CASAS del fraccionamiento cumbres altosur. Por esta situación todas las casas están debiendo 1.5k al mes desde que firmaron escrituras, no es justo que todos nosotros realizamos nuestros tramites de manera correcta y en tiempo mientras que ustedes están haciendo caso omiso a lo que ya varios vecinos han exigido que se haga desde hace mas de un año , la mayoría de las personas debe ya mas de 15k porque no han realizado el tramite y la deuda se sigue acumulando! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE. They haven't done the process with the siapa for months to get us the water meter in TENS OF HOUSES of the Cumbres Altosur subdivision. J	Javier Gutierrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me entregaron mi casa y aún no la puedo habitar reporte a servicio al cliente todos los detalles y los arreglaron, levanté el contrato en CFE y un mes después sigo sin luz xq CFE no encuentra el ducto de la calle, tengo 4 mese pagando una casa que no he podido hacerle nada, sigo pagando renta en otro lado xq mi casa que compre se la ha llevado en garantías y ahora hasta sin luz, lástima de inmobiliaria. Terrible service, they gave me my house and I still can't live in it, I report all the details to customer service and they fixed them, I raised the contract at CFE and a month later I still don't have electricity because CFE can't find the street duct, I have 4 months paying for a house that I have not been able to do anything to, I continue to pay rent elsewhere because my house that I bought has been taken in guarantees and now even without electricity, a real estate shame.
