Ahora apesta!!, caros y pésimo servicio de las dos ancianas cajeras que parece que regalan el producto porque no tienen atención de servicio y hablan uno como cliente pésimo deberían contratar gente que de verdad le guste trabajar y no vaya a chismear,y ni se diga los que despachan los helados no supieron identificar entre helado de pistache y helado de piñón,y la señora que está entregando el gel corrió a mi niña de 10 años del establecimiento porque no podía comer ahí cuando estaba esperando su papá su helado. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Y YA VEO QUR NO SOY LA ÚNICA QUE RECIBIÓ EL MISMO TRATO TE ARRUINAN EL DIA CON LA PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA QUE PASAS. ❌❌❌??????❌❌❌ Before it used to be very good... Now it sucks!! Expensive and lousy service from the two old cashiers who seem to give away the product because they don't have service and talk like a lousy customer they should hire people who really like to work and don't gossip, and don't even mention those who dispense the ice creams couldn't identify between pistachio ice cream and pine nut ice cream, and the lady who is delivering the gel ran my 10-year-old girl out of the establishment because she couldn't eat there when she was waiting for his dad his ice cream. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND I SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO RECEIVED THE SAME TREATMENT THEY RUIN YOUR DAY WITH THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE YOU HAD. ❌❌❌??????❌❌❌

Y todo sigue siendo delicioso! ver y saborear lo artesanal de sus productos como siempre por qué los conozco de casi 50 años y se que mucha gente los conoce igual que yo. I am glad that it has a very nice image, the remodeling turned out very well! And everything is still delicious! see and savor the craftsmanship of their products as always because I have known them for almost 50 years and I know that many people know them as well as I do.

El chico que me despacho el helado super bien, paciente y buena porción de helado. Calidad/precio helados: 5/5 Muy ricos, buena porción. Calidad precio FRESAS: 3/5 Buen sabor pero eran más Chantilly que Fresas por $70 esperas más fresas. Buena calidad de los productos pero pésima porción de Fresas. Customer service: 3/5 I understand that there are busy days but they must have some organization, I was waiting for my ice cream and an employee took me away because she wanted to put someone in line. The guy who sent me the ice cream was super good, patient and a good portion of ice cream. Ice cream quality/price: 5/5 Very rich, good portion. Quality price STRAWBERRIES: 3/5 Good flavor but they were more Chantilly than Strawberries for $70 you expect more strawberries. Good quality of products but lousy portion of Strawberries.

Es como gritar, podrías servirte correctamente pero somos demasiado codos para gastar un poco más en pajitas biodegradables, así que disfruta caundo el calles agua en tu automóvil. ? The employees and the space is nice. The biggest failure is that they sell drinks and don't give out straws, as if that's acceptable. It's like yelling, you could help yourself properly but we're too elusive to spend a little more on biodegradable straws, so enjoy when the streets water in your car. ?
N	Niza Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cantidad del helado no corresponde con el importe pagado, no importa cuál sea el tamaño sirven poco, y cada vez es menos, despachaban mejor previo a la remodelación. La atención por parte de los despachadores es deficiente, excepto por las personas de más antigüedad que sirven con más cantidad y son más amables, las personas jóvenes que atienden tienen mal trato al cliente. Ojalá estandaricen la cantidad o dejen de aumentar los precios. La heladería que está en contra esquina tiene mismo sabor, precios bajos y despachan mejor, una opción sino quieren pasar malos ratos. Incluso la supervisora de Don Rafael (una mujer bizca) tiene mal trato con el cliente y regaña a quien sirve una cantidad adecuada de helado. The amount of ice cream does not correspond to the amount paid, no matter what the size is, they serve little, and it is less and less, they served better before the remodeling. The attention by the dispatchers is deficient, except for the older people who serve with more quantity and are more friendly, the young people who serve have poor customer treatment. Hopefully they standardize the quantity or stop increasing prices. The ice cream parlor that is on the corner has the same flavor, lower prices and better delivery, an option if you don't want to have a bad time. Even Don Rafael's supervisor (a cross-eyed woman) treats customers poorly and scolds those who serve an adequate amount of ice cream.

The cashier is a lady that demands you to give her your card and your information, just because she is behind a secured window. She yelled at me when I refused to give her my card. Sad because the place looks great from the outside.
