★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE of overcharging ...Used this parking lot on Feb 16, 2018 for 3 hours 58 minutes.. We were told 50 cents per hour, but at checkout it cost us $4.00 dollars US..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute SCAM!!!!! Stay away from these guys from El Chacal rental and Xpress shirts. Same as the previous review we were brought to Don Tino parking lot by the same guy from the main street with an Xpress tshirt. They charged our credit card with a 1000$ deposit without authorization and after many phone calls and text messages did not want to return it. This was for renting 2 scooters, and actually we only realised later that they had no licence plates which i'm not sure if its legal. Both scooters had almost empty tanks and basically they want you to fill it up after which you will probably return it with way more fuel. After a few weeks we got the money back from the anti-FRAUD department at our bank. You will save yourself a lot of headaches to avoid Chacal rentals
