★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa es el mayor insulto a la ley federal del trabajo, desde abuso con horas extras sin pago hasta amenazas para “boletinarte” con otras empresas coreanas si no firmas tu propia renuncia. A mí me encerraron en una oficina con un abogado para intimidarme y me dijeron que tenía que firmar ya o no me daban mi carta de recomendación. Tristemente muy pocos conocen de sus derechos laborales.
This company is the biggest insult to federal labor law, from unpaid overtime abuse to threats to “bulletin you” with other Korean companies if you don't sign your own resignation. I was locked up in an office with a lawyer to intimidate me and they told me that I had to sign now or they would not give me my letter of recommendation. Sadly, very few know about their labor rights.
