Nothing special to swim or snorkel. It's more for the scuba divers! More far away better cenotes where you can go fully underground. But ok, you can't go somewhere else as cenotes are must be in Mexico! :)

I love nature and this was my first time swimming in the cenote. The water was so clear and refreshing. The Eye one is only going to be a quick 2 minutes swim for you but Eye two you should expect a 10 minutes swimming to go around it. Make sure you don’t take you valuable stuff with you because I didn’t see any lockers there, we had a waterproof bag to carry our phones. The do have open showers but no place to change and you can leave your clothes somewhere on the bench close to cenote.

I wish we could have spent more time here, but we were on a group tour. Our guide was great, and we had the cenote almost to ourselves (except for the divers that were down below). It was beautiful and refreshing.

Dos Ojos Cenote was so beautiful! We went as just swimmers, not divers, with the basic package which was 350pesos per person. We liked the 2nd eye (ojo) the most, but both were lovely! The water was very clear and a little cold! There was a place to jump in at the 1st eye, and life vests were required at both. Parking is included with the entry ticket and so are life jackets. The area was safe and clean! There was a few gift shops, bathrooms, some free hammocks, and a restaurant (extra $) on site! Also, the site is down a long, bumpy road from the entrance. We went on scooter and it was a bit of a rough ride, but not too bad!

One of the best cenotes in Yucatan! Recommend snorkelling or diving here to see the underwater rock formations! Bat cave was also breathtaking!!

Very beautiful cenote. I swam wandered through the small cave and took photos. To be honest, not really worth snorkeling if you aren't scuba diving. Wasn't much to see. Would be good for a quick dip to cool off. Cave was beautiful though. You need to take a vehicle or you're in for a very long walk.

I went there to scuba dive and it was fantastic. Great facility and set up compared to some of the other cenotes in the area. I enjoyed it so much I am returning again to dive the other cenotes at that location. If you just want to come to snorkel, it would also be worth your time.

WOW, just wow, seriously can't describe how awesome these dives were. Did Dos Ojos and The Pit, each was amazing in it's own way. A bunch of snorkelers too, so your non diving family/friends could join and have a cool experience too.
