Met immediately on entry, consultation was $50US, filed forms then temp test, blood pressure, heart monitor I think. Then taken straight though to Dr Caroline, She explained she was a GP and then examined me. She went through her diagnostic step by step. Very good English Wrote out prescription 5 items, each item detailed product, qty and time to be taken, 3 medications provided there, 2 from pharmacy, she new 1 would be difficult to get so gave 2 ex where I could get them and yes they had them. Paid the doc on cc m/c in the room. Receipt provided for insurance claim. Excellent all round. Only been in the country 3 days and didn't really know what to do. Hotel concierge said they could phone me in a Dr but at $150, 3x the cost, and would still have had to come out to get medication. Hope this helps. Highly recommended.

I had very much pain in my foot while on holiday. So I had to call the doctor. Doctor Carolinna Tunn came to the rescue within half an hour! She examined my foot, gave me an injection and prescription for the days after. She was very friendly but overall professional. I would like to recommend the Walk In Clinic, Playa del Carmen to everyone in need of professional, friendly and straight to the point doctor when you need medical help. A big 5 stars for them!

We came from Canada to enjoy the holidays in Riviera Maya. We had an intoxicated son and I was very pleased of the professionalism and work ethics from everyone in the office. The Dr took the time to talk us (mother and father) and my son. Very responsive and professional. We had used the hotel doctor before but after this experience, this is the place to go. The place and the area is safe for any tourists.

So very very glad I did my research and found this clinic!! My husband got food poisoning while on vacation; after reading through a lot of reviews on local iv-hydration services (including hospitals) I found this blessing of a clinic! CALL THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. My hotel wanted to send us to a local hospital but we opted to do our research. At 8pm Dr. Cardenas answered the phone and spoke very good English. The other locations I called did not answer. Their voicemails were automated Spanish voicemails and this made me feel uneasy about who/what the provider would be like. Dr. Cardenas was able to arrive at our hotel in 1 hour! His bed-side manner was very reassuring and we instantly knew we were being taken care of by a caring doctor. He told us everything he was going to do step by step. He was very clear on after-care instructions, wrote them all out and told us we could call anytime after he left if we had any questions. The price was very reasonable, as the local hospitals can charge $3000-5000 just to be seen. He left a couple hours later. Whereas hospitals can keep you for a ridiculous amount of time. Dr. Cardenas is a true gem and you should not hesitate to call this clinic.

I have been a patient of this clinic now for 5months, both my kids and I have received such excellent services from the entire team! Dr.Diaz, Dr.Nicolas and DR. Carolina have been exceptional with my family. From house calls, to visits at the clinic. From treating ear infections, to COVID to helping me find a specialist in internal medicine and not charging me one penny, I recommend this team! They care greatly about their patients, They communicate with us daily via texting to see how we are doing etc, I have never had such a human approach in Canada. if you want A1 treatment for a low cost, with great follow up, look no further!!!!! On the last night of our vacation in Playa del Carmen I became very sick, and Dr. Carlos Ramirez came to our rental unit within an hour of being notified. He was so kind, compassionate, and caring that I immediately felt at ease in his care. He clearly explained everything to me in impeccable English, prescribed a course of treatment, and I was feeling better before the end of the day. In addition, he administered our Covid tests, provided all the digital documentation we needed to travel back to the states the next day, and sincerely urged us to contact him with an update on my condition. This man is a gem!

I fell ill while vacationing in Playa del Carmen and initially tried to ride it out, but after 3 days I walked in to Dr. Bernardo's medical practice to seek treatment. The experience was great and everything ran smoothly. I was seen immediately, my vitals were checked, blood samples were sent to the lab, at the end of the day they sent me the lab results. The next day I received appropriate medication and immediately started to feel better. Would definitely recommend this medical practice to others, and my only wish was that I had gone to see Dr. Bernardo sooner!

I have so much respect for these doctors. I came down with a severe headache and vomiting. I looked up this clinic first but opted for another that was cheaper. I got better for a while but later on the headache got worse so I decided to come in. Dr. Diaz and his colleagues did a proper checkup and a great job. I received a shot and IV treatment on a comfy recliner chair (I was hesitant at first but trusted the DR) I’m not kidding…within 5 min I started to release the pain and overall feel better. They also provided all the paper work for me to send to my insurance. Complete quality and guarantee. I wish they could be my doctors back home. On a side note: while I was there, I overheard a man (because the man started yelling) ask the doctors to write a fake note for whatever purposes. They of course refused and asked him to leave when he started disrespecting them and taking random pictures. The nerve of some people amazes me, please be kind and let our health professionals do their job at peace so they can keep healing people!!!
