Dr. Ponce was incredibly kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to meet with us under very short notice for an emergency situation requiring surgery. Dr. Ponce clearly explained what needed to be done, the extent of the injury and surgery, and laid out several options for our consideration. He checked in with us multiple times before and after the procedure to make sure that everything was going well. Dr. Ponce is clearly an expert and a talented surgeon.
