How sad and disappointing that there are doctors, (like Dr. Inocencio Castillo) who are only interested in money and not really helping and curing people, who are supposed to study and become doctors for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que el hubiera no existe, pero ojalá hubiera ido a ver otro otorrino antes, no tenia pensando dejar una descripción pero creo que es justo que otras personas lo lean y en base a ello tomen una decisión.
1. El doctor sí es un poco frío y poco humano como lo describen en otros comentarios (aunque para mi eso no tiene mayor tema, siempre y cuando sea bueno).
2. No me exploró bien, solo me medio revisó y me mandó a hacer una tomografía (en plena pandemia COVID) para descartar sinusitis y me recetó para ir atacando el problema (que no estaba seguro si era ese)
Sí me realicé la tomografía pero terminé visitando otro doctor, quien me exploró totalmente diferente (con unas cámaras que se introducen por la nariz, oídos y garganta), y sin necesidad de la tomografía me indicó que mi problema era un cuadro inflamatorio (con la tomografía se confirmó el diagnostico)
Mi intención no es quemar ni afectar al doctor, no dudo que haya tenido diagnósticos muy acertados con otros pacientes, pero sí les quiero contar mi experiencia, para que en base a ello ustedes decidan.

1. The doctor is a bit cold and not very human as described in other comments (although for me that has no major issue, as long as it is good).
2. He did not explore me well, he only half checked me and sent me to do a CT scan (in the middle of the COVID pandemic) to rule out sinusitis and he prescribed me to attack the problem (which he was not sure if it was that)
Yes, I had the CT scan but I ended up visiting another doctor, who explored me totally differently (with cameras that are inserted through the nose, ears and throat), and without the need for the CT he told me that my problem was an inflammatory condition (with the CT scan confirmed the diagnosis)
My intention is not to burn or affect the doctor, I do not doubt that I have had very accurate diagnoses with other patients, but I do want to tell you about my experience, so that you can decide on that basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jijo de su madre, neta que mejor dediquese a ser cajero del Aurrerá que para doctor no la rifa, tiene la cara y manera de contestar tan qlera, no resolvió mis dudas, le valió lo que dije, no me resolvió nada, muy frío y poco amable, la peor experiencia que eh tenido en doctores, neta que salí con más preguntas que con las que entre, es más ni me explico por qué me dió la infección en los oídos, los cuidados y nada, pero a we bo, quiere sus 3 citas en la semana para que pueda tra gar, neta shinguen a su madre y le vaya como atiende......de la vrga ogt
