★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que el servicio que ofrecen sea tan insensible hacia los pacientes que tienen la necesidad de requerir una consulta con el neurólogo Marco González.
Lo digo por lo siguiente: desde la semana pasada me comuniqué al número telefónico que tienen registrado en internet, la persona que me atendió vía telefónica (Joseph Ávila) fue poco amable y siempre, siempre me dio un NO como respuesta, en ningún momento me dio una alternativa para poder resolver lo que le preguntaba, aun así, por la necesidad de la atención del médico Marco González, que no conozco y por supuesto mucho menos su desempeño, me arriesgué a hacer una cita para el día de hoy lunes.
Hoy se comunicó conmigo el asistente, recepcionista, realmente desconozco la función de esta persona (Joseph), para decirme si podía adelantar la consulta a las 18:00 en lugar de las 19:00 horas, mi respuesta fue que me era imposible llegar a esa hora y que sólo iría yo, ya que primero quiero saber si es la atención de neurología la que necesita la paciente, por eso razón me comuniqué más tarde al número y me volvió a contestar Joseph, le pregunté que si el doctor me podía atender vía zoom y que yo le hacía el deposito a la cuenta que me indicarán, cuál fue la respuesta... No, razón por la cual terminé la llamada con él.
Ojalá este mensaje lo pueda leer el médico Marco González, ya que no puedo hablar de su trabajo, que seguramente debe ser bueno, pero lamentablemente su equipo de trabajo es nefasto.
Le tuve que dar una estrellita porque si no, no me deja publicar el mensaje.

No, which is why I ended the call with him.
Hopefully this message can be read by the doctor Marco González, since I cannot speak about his work, which must surely be good, but unfortunately his work team is disastrous.

Lo consulte por tener no tener un buen equilibrio al caminar y sentía como si estuviera mareado, me examinó me hizo las pruebas de rigor y me dijo: mira, no tienes nada grave, si te realizo más estudios específicos solo vas a gastar y al final te diré lo mismo, que no tienes nada que no se te pueda quitar con estás pastillitas que no generan adiccion, lo que tienes en si es exceso de estrés.
