Llegas a tu CITA a las 14hrs y ya tiene a alguien en consulta y a otra persona en espera, el paciente que era atendido sale a las 14:30 y pasa a la persona en espera, a pesar de que se supone que agendaste tu cita. Y pueden darte las 15:30 y ella sigue en consulta.
