★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable, todo se planeo con muchos meses de anticipación y al momento del viaje (2 días antes) me dicen que el hotel que elegí no está disponible ya que no pudieron reservar y que en ningún otro de los que habían ofrecido se podía solo en 1, al final terminé aceptando el hotel que ellos nos asignaron pues era la única opción ya que se atravesaba el fin de semana y el reembolso tardaba más de 7 días hábiles era eso o perder mis vacaciones y no hacer nada, pienso que es su forma de enganchar a la gente, ofreciendo hoteles bonitos con los cuales no tienen convenio solo para engañar a la gente y al final te dan lo que ellos quieren por un precio más elevado el cual no es equivalente a lo que te dan. No la recomiendo
Zero recommendable, everything was planned many months in advance and at the time of the trip (2 days before) they told me that the hotel I chose is not available since they could not reserve and that in no other of those that had offered could only be in 1, in the end I ended up accepting the hotel that they assigned us because it was the only option since it was the weekend and the refund took more than 7 business days, it was that or lose my vacation and do nothing, I think that is their way of hooking people, offering nice hotels with which they do not have an agreement only to deceive people and in the end they give you what they want for a higher price which is not equivalent to what they give you. I don't recommend it
