★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en general es bueno, mi única queja, y me parece algo muy importante, es que nunca respetan las citas. He asistido varías veces, siempre con cita y creo que ni una vez me han atendido a la hora de la cita, ya sea por qué la persona con la que solicité la cita no ha llegado o está atendiendo a otro cliente. Si un cliente hace cita para corte se le debe asignar un horario considerando el tiempo que toma ese servicio, y si al momento solicita alguno adicional se le debería pedir que espere a que se atienda a la persona de la cita que sigue, ya que con el afán de vender (imagino) si solicitan servicios adicionales se los proporcionan lo que alarga el servicio y provoca que las citas posteriores no se respeten, con eso y puntualidad por parte de los barberos debería solucionarse el problema.
 The service in general is good, my only complaint, and it seems to me something very important, is that they never keep appointments. I have attended several times, always by appointment and I believe that not once have I been seen at the time of the appointment, either because the person with whom I requested the appointment has not arrived or is attending another client. If a client makes an appointment for court, they should be assigned a schedule considering the time that this service takes, and if at the moment they request any additional service they should be asked to wait for the person of the next appointment to be attended, since with the desire to sell (I imagine) if they request additional services they are provided, which lengthens the service and causes subsequent appointments to not be respected, with that and punctuality on the part of the barbers, the problem should be solved.

Hacía tiempo que no sentía tanto profesionalismo y buena atención!!!
Desde el primer contacto en recepción hasta el saludo final fueron excelentes (todo el personal). En especial Erika que me dedicó tanto tiempo y empeño en realizar los servicios de pedicura, manicura, masajes y tratamientos faciales (además de ofrecerme bebidas?). También la atención de Saraí es para destacar con el corte de cabello y efecto de color.
100% recomendable en Cancún?
Cumplen con las medidas sanitarias contra el COVID-19 ??

From the first contact at reception to the final greeting they were excellent (all the staff). Especially Erika who dedicated so much time and effort to perform pedicure, manicure, massage and facial services (in addition to offering me drinks?). Also Saraí's attention is to stand out with the haircut and color effect.
100% recommended in Cancun?
