Te engañan al decirte que te entregan los resultados antes del cierre. Fuí a las 8:30 AM y regresé a las 2:25 pm y una señora me dice sarcásticamente "pues a ver si llegan los resultados" me tuve que esperar más de una ahora y tuve que preguntar y ome dijo la señora que ya estaban pero no estaban liberados!? Le pregunté si no podía imprimir la pantalla y solo así me los dió, si no me hubiera esperado hasta las 4:15 que llegaron al correo. En conclusión te engañan con tal de vender un mal servicio a precio de promoción, es lo que obtienes por lo que pagas.
They deceive you by telling you that the results are delivered before closing. Honestamente Fue una experiencia muuuy desagradable Tengo a mis papas enfermos de covid ya saliendo gracias a dios Ya fui a 3 diferentes laboratorios durante su enfermedad y la verdad en ninguno me habia sentido tan deplorablemente mal. El enfermero tomo las muestras de sangre y me dijo tienes 45 mins para llegar al laboratorio (chopo) el cual se localiza a menos de 3 minutos en auto sali volando como en las ocasiones anteriores en los demas laboratorios (escogi este ahora ya que el sabado pase por ahi y vibque estaba mas cerca) al llegar habia 2 personas atendiendo y 3 haciendo linea Una de las sritas que atendia se levanto al baño y tardo..... la otra persona, entiendo que es su protocolo pero era excesivamente LENTA. Comenzo a llegar mas gente y el Sr. Seguia con la primera persona, (turno 4, yo tenia el 7) despues de mas de 10 mins finalizo y atendio a la segunda y aparecio la srita que habia ido al baño la cual atendio a la sig persona y se volvio a levantar y se retiro El sr. Finalmente termino y me hizo muchas preguntas, le pedi que si por favor me podria atender mas aprisa ya que yo llevaba mustras de sangre desde hacia ya mas de 25 mins. El sr me contesto molesto que lo sentia pero que ese era el protocolo. Le conteste que estaba perdiendo mas tiempo que por favor me atendiera. No hizo caso y continuo con la misma lentitud. Me cobro y me repitio la informacion que tenia para "Corroborar" dije ok Finalmente pase con otra srita quien despues de limpiar totalmente la silla, la perilla de la puerta, la mesa, la pluma, etc. (Totalmente entendible) me pregunto que lo mismo que ya habia contestado a la anterior persona, le conteste lo mismo haciendo un esfuerzo por no contestarle algo por la tardanza espere y continue con su protocolo Finalmente me pidio las muestras les coloco las etiquetas me pregunto si las habian agitado ybla hora de la toma de muestra , le explique que no recordaba pero que ya tenia mas de media hora esperando por tanta burocracio y ella me comento que las personas que analizarian se darian cuenta del tiempo que tenia que saber la hora exacta, sonrei y le dije la hora aproximada La srita se molesto y me explico que respondiera cada una de sus preguntas ya que asi era ahi. Hice un esfuerzo por no contestar y asinti con la cabeza y espere a que me diera mi recibo. Sali de ahi con un fuerte dolor de estomago por la impotencia y malisima experiencia. Me prometo a mi mismo que JAMAS en la vida tomare la decision de ir nuevamente a Laboratorios el Chopo En lo otros tres laboratorios tardamos maximo 5 minutos si, 5 minutos incluyendo en uno donde le tomaron al mismo tiempo Rayos X Que pena que el nombre de este laboratorio el cual yo recuerdo desde mi niñez como marca de buenos laboratorios ahora sea un lugar tan lento y con poco sentido HUMANO Gracias por su atencion

The nurse took the blood samples and told me you have 45 minutes to get to the laboratory (poplar) which is located less than 3 minutes by car and flew out as in the previous occasions in the other laboratories (I chose this now since Saturday I went through there and vibque was closer) upon arrival there were 2 people attending and 3 making the line One of the ladies who was attending got up to the bathroom and delayed ..... the other person, I understand that it is their protocol but it was excessively SLOW. More people began to arrive and Mr. was still with the first person, (turn 4, I had 7) after more than 10 minutes he finished and attended the second and the lady who had gone to the bathroom appeared who attended the next person and got up again and retired Mr. Finally he finished and he asked me many questions, I asked him if he could please attend to me more quickly since I had been carrying blood samples for more than 25 minutes. The sir answered me annoyed that he was sorry but that was the protocol. I replied that I was wasting more time than please attend me. He ignored it and continued just as slowly. pesimo servicio, son extremadamente lentos, afuera se hace una fila en la que tienes que estar en el sol, a mí me tocó estar media hora y hubo gente que llevaba más tiempo parada en el sol incluyendo adultos mayores, eso no apresura para nada al personal, quienes con toda la calma del mundo trabajan como si no hubiera gente esperando, me parece que tienen nula consideración para con los pacientes, en especial si saben que uno va a un laboratorio justamente por sospecha de alguna enfermedad, lo que significa que muchos no se sienten bien como para pasar 30 mins o más esperando a ver si el personal decide trabajar un poco más rápido.

El servicio super lento. Soy una persona de la 3ra edad y fui acompañando a mi esposo , estando el laboratorio vacio , las sillas desocupadas, el muchacho de la puerta no me permitio entrar, comprendo lo de la pandemia , pero creo que es un extremismo , prefieren dejar de pie todo el tiempo a las personas afuera. Deberian tener mas consideracion.
Super slow service. Estoy en el laboratorios chopo y son las 6:43 am y según tendrían que abrir a las 6 am de acuerdo vía telefónica Provedores, no tienen una cuenta para pagar y no tienen teléfono en la sucursal. Deseo cambios espero algún administrador vea esto además de que dice que abren a las 6 el cual es mentira

Excelente laboratorio. Atención rápida, amable y muy profesional. Como si fuera poco, los precios son muy accesibles y las condiciones en general del local y de todo el personal que allí labora brinda muy buena impresión.

No me quisieron atender por realizar mi pago en línea. Hoy me acerqué con la empleada que está en esta sucursal en horario de 9:30 para aclarar unas dudas y solicitar un frasco para uno de los estudios, pero una vez que les mencioné que mi pago era en línea (por que ofrecen descuentos por ese medio) su actitud cambió completamente y tanto ella como otro empleado de camisa larga decidieron ignorar mi turno y darle prioridad a personas que recién llegaban, a pesar de haber completado mi pago. Intenté ir a la sucursal de avenida la Luna, pero parece que hoy decidieron no abrir ¯\_(ツ)_/
