We booked our transfer from Cancun Airport to Tulum more than one month i advance and also get an email confirmation with all flight detail etc. after we arrived from our 14 hrs flight at 22:00 no one was at the airport and they just told us to wait another 45 minutes because they have no cars available! At the end we took a common taxi to tulum..
