Terrible service! They do not deliver on time, nobody tracks the order. I have had to be talking to be delivered, I have been assisted by several people and, after 2 months, I still do not receive what I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Compre un cuadro desde hace 2 meses y 20 días. El primero que me entregaron llego en malas condiciones y no lo acepte. Es fecha que no me pueden entregar el cuadro. Ni siquiera establecer una fecha escudándose en sus proveedores. Pensabamos adquirir mas muebles en este establecimiento, pero la primera experiencia es suficientemente malo para buscar otras opciones. Si en lugar de google hubiera leido las opiniones en su facebook probalemente no hubiera comprado aqui.
Terrible customer service. Buy a painting for 2 months and 20 days. The first one they gave me arrived in bad condition and I did not accept it. It is the date that they cannot give me the painting. They don't even set a date by hiding behind their suppliers. We were thinking of buying more furniture in this establishment, but the first experience is bad enough to look for other options. If instead of google I had read the opinions on your facebook probably would not have bought here.

Terrible Service, they delivered almost 3 months later, having read the reviews first I would never have bought in this store, they have terrible customer service and are not responsible for any delay in deliveries, if they want a good product with a delivery time fast I do NOT recommend buying at DT Design

Más de 2 meses y me entregaron mal mi pedido, lo rechacé y ahora no me quieren dar solución porque dicen que es problema de proveedor. Nunca compren aquí!!!!! Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. La atención del vendedor y de su jefe es horrible, son muy groseros y déspotas.
What a terrible service, if I had read the reviews I would NEVER have bought anything. More than 2 months and my order was poorly delivered, I rejected it and now they don't want to give me a solution because they say it's a supplier problem. Never buy here !!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. The attention of the seller and his boss is horrible, they are very rude and despotic.
