J	Jim Hori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dukes notified us through the app that our table was ready early and they sat me and my wife at a nice ocean view table. The staff is very courteous and positive! The octopus appetizer, clam chowder, shrimp risotto, grilled lobster, pear pie and peach cobbler was awesome! David, our waiter was outstanding serving us with the best attitude and efficiency, he even went the extra mile to the coffee shop a few hundred yards away to get me decaf coffee for my dessert! Can’t wait to come back here when we return to the Finest Resort in Isla Mujeres muchas gracias David and staff!

L	Louis Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is pretty decent for an all-inclusive resort. As long as you have the right expectations, you will enjoy it. Service is always great at Finest resorts and Dukes is no exception. Eligio was our server and he was fantastic!

We were greeted each morning by a warm and smiling welcome from Abríl. She was so sweet to remember us, be excited to see us return and spend a few extra moments with us in conversation most days and I'm pretty sure she's behind the surprise dessert that was sent to us on our last morning there. We can't wait to return for more Molletes, Huevos Motuleños, sweet breads etc. and the staff's warmth and attention to every detail.

The seasoning on the food may be little bland for some ppl but I think this is to put the freshness front and center of the palate. Out server Eligio was super nice like almost everyone here, and was very accommodating to my 4 yo son's requests. I will be back tomorrow to try other items on the menu because the ppl at our next table ordered some really delicious looking food I do not want to miss.

The seafood here is quite good and the desserts are better here than at the majority of restaurants in the resort. Plus the view/ambiance is great. Definitely recommend going here!

It was my first night and our server Luis did a fantastic job delivering out food accordingly and even providing history behind certain food items. I had the crab cake and lobster bisque for an appetizer which was great. If you’re used to large crab cake then get 2-3. The sauce is fantastic though. The Grilled lobster was also amazing with the potato, mashed potatoes, & corn. Thank you to the chef for cooking all the amazing food and Luis for providing such an amazing experience despite the quick storm that approached. He handled it very well and made sure we were comfortable.
