Isabelle and Louisa, our instructors were friendly, patient and knowledgable; encouraging us and reminding us of everything that we needed to know! Unfortunately I got incredibly seasick after our first open water dive so I really appreciated Louisa coming back to dry land with me and looking after me! The whole experience was welcoming and I would definitely recommend a visit to this dive shop for anyone looking to learn to dive, refresh their skills, or see Mexico by sea! Thank you all so much!

R	River Moon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an impeccable first dive with Blue Dream Mexico, aside from the staff all being extremely friendly and making it easy to book, the intro to scuba diving is so worth it and their instructors follow safety protocol to a tee, explaining each step so you feel comfortable diving! When they take you in the ocean it's an unbelievable feeling and you see many remarkable creatures in their coral reef home, I highly recommend this shop, esp for beginners who aren't sure if diving is for them. I'm hooked after this experience forsure! ? Muchas gracias por todo amigos.

We were the only ones to book for snorkeling that day and were able to have our own personal experience with the help of Ian! He was an awesome guy and helped us out tremendously. The reef is beautiful and Ian even dove into the water to point out all the different species of fish, rays, and sea stars all while being respectful towards nature. 10/10 would recommend.

I had some ear issues at the beginning so they rescheduled my training until I was cleared & rescheduled our group dives so I could join them! The only negative would be some miscommunication/ lack of directions to the last dive place, but it worked out! Louise herself was AMAZING! She was great at guiding me & helping me understand & relax! Thank u Dune Crew!

Very patient and helpful, especially when one of our party was a bit nervous about the whole breathing underwater thing. Made it very easy, all about enjoying the experience safely. E	Ed H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed this snorkeling tour. It left from Playa del Carmen. It was a short boat ride to the reef. The office is well setup and Carlos and his team are well organized. He told me that I was the only person registered for the snorkeling adventure that day. And I wrongfully assumed his next line would be that it would be canceled. NO, it was not canceled. His next words to me were that a couple had phoned to make an inquiry. If they showed up we would be group of 3. And if they do not show up you will have a private excursion. The couple did arrive and the snorkeling was excellent. You cannot beat the price. As a family we had done a snorkeling tour originating in Cozumel. But it was a LONG day. We had to arrange ferry rides to and from the island. That added almost an hour for each crossing. When I return to Playa, I will redo this trip.
