Best Italian restaurant in Mexico

A	Asaf Biton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really tasty, good service, not large portions, at the end of the meal the waiter was really rude and made us faces and was nervous because we left "only" 10 percent tip He tried to take 25 percent tip and gave the bill without showing said only the amount including 25% tip. We will definitely not return

The grilled vegetables starter was fantastic and perfect with the warm bread, the pizza was delicious. My friend said her 4 cheese gnocchi was the best she’d ever had and the wine was well paired and delicious. This place is everything you want when you want Italian! Easy to find on Quinta Av right in the heart of Playa a 5min walk from the ferry.
j	jake jacobsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best Italian food in all of this area. Never disappoints. Wonderful fresh salads, great pastas and pizza with a full bar and good wine selection. Definitely worth the visit. Afterward, you can have a nice stroll on the beach just one block away.

Plenty of classic and creative options to choose from with a wide wine and champagne selection in addition to the normal drinks of the area. We sat at the table right on the main tourist stretch and it was very nice and festive. Service was great and over all experience was great. Happy eating!
J	Jon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Valentines dinner 2022. We got seated in the patio area which is great for watching the 5th Ave traffic and street performers. We sat for maybe 15-20 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order. We waited another 15 minutes for a couple of sodas. When our drinks arrived he asked to take our order. Man 30 minutes in and no menus. Finally got to order, the meals came in shifts. My wife received her meal. We asked about my meal and the server said in a minute. 20 minutes later her meal is cold and my meal still had not arrived. I flagged down our waiter who said it would only be a couple of minutes more. I told him no more minutes, he went to the kitchen and brought me my meal. The food was good but the service was poor. I know that it was valentines dinner but the restaurant could have been more prepared.

I'm tempted to give five stars but since it's been awhile since I visited, I'll update when I go back. I realize this is a on the main strip and maybe looks like ( or is) a tourist trap, but I'm not at all mad at the pizza! Memorable even a year later: Thin yet sturdy crust, fresh flavorful sauce. Now back in playa, I'm planning my next visit!
