Doy 5 estrellas, a esta "plataforma" especialista en terapia corporal, conocido en la Web como "Sweet Harmony Massage" porque mi experiencia fue para volver a repetir... si quede fascinada porque en realidad me encantó. ?☺️ Les cuento... probé 4 sesiones con diferentes terapeutas, en diferente ocasiones. Demi parte... muchas gracias al personal que me hicieron sentir mimada, apapachada, al mismo tiempo restablecer la energía de mi cuerpo. Recomiendo a mi gente cuando visiten Cancún. Highly Recommended! Me and my daughter (5y.o) did so many activities non stop for 7 days since we arrived in Cancun Mexico... at the very end of our trip I just feel like I wouldn’t be able to go home next day because my whole body is sore... We came back to our hotel at around 8:00 in the evening and ask the concierge to find me a place to get a room service massage and they are of no help at all. It’s either there is available or We don’t care if you go home sore... the guy at Westin Resort and spa at the Regina location gave me a couple of options because the spa in the hotel has no therapist available at the moment. I was willing to pay double just cancel the others.lol but no he wanted me to go ride a taxi somewhere else. Like what the... I just want to fall asleep after my massage not drive back and walk to my hotel room. That guy needs a good beating for not doing his job well. They should’ve tons of options when something like this happens a last minute massage reservation they should have someone on call or 10 people on call. Cancun is a tourist spot and for sure things like last minute massage request happens. But they are clueless. Anyway.... let’s cut to the chase... I found 2 options online when I searched for 24 hours massage with hotel room service... the first choice of course is sweet harmony massage but when I called I think Aliza the therapist was in a massage session so I called another place we exchange calls and texts but at the end it didn’t work out anyway coz they are closing at 10. I was about to give up and just cry my self to sleep but, little did I know Aliza sent me a message that she is available and she was willing to travel 1 hour to my hotel location which is pretty amazing! She went out of her way just to help me out. Actually me and my 5 years old. Both of us got massages and even Aliza gave my daughter a massage for FREE. She is a very sweet lady and my daughter really loves her massage that she fell asleep so soundly first time I saw her sleep like a sloth... And to be honest I have been to a lot of massage sessions and with Aliza I think is the best massage I got in the history of my massages. Woke up everytime in a drool ?... lol So if ever you are in Cancun and needs a last minute massage sesh, if you partied all night needs a massage at 2 or 3am give Aliza a call or a message if she doesn’t respond immediately she maybe on a session but keep checking your messages coz mine I didn’t realize she texted me and an hour passed and didn’t read it. But I still got the massage around 11:30pm and ended at 2am and I only paid 1800 pesos. You can pay in dollars which I think is $80 but have some pesos for tips so she can pay the taxi going home. 1800 mexican pesos is a pretty good deal for a massage session that lasted 2 and 1/2 hours. In my case I gave her 100 euros plus all the pesos left in my wallet which is around 170pesos because She went out of her way to give me and my daughter a massage plus she didn’t want me to pay for my daughter but I still insist on giving Her 100 euros. Not only she gave us free massage and travel 1 hour at the time of my reservation it was a bad weather too. Heavy rain,Lighting and thunder... and she didn’t mind at all. She is working 24 hours and she is pretty awesome! I would say shame on you Westin resort and spa... Alisa at Sweet harmony Should be on your contact list for recommendations when your Spa is fully booked so as to satisfy your customers with their last minute massage reservation. Thank you Aliza! This place is scam. I ordered 2 hours for 2 people for 2 hours. It took hours for the massagers to arrive to my apartment. They did 45 mins massage each person and demanded to pay the full amount. We didn’t even had one hour message each not saying that we agreed for 2 hours each. Anyway messages were unprofessional and I can hardly call this message. Bad experience, never come here they rip off tourists!!!!

My wife and I received the best massage, while celebrating our anniversary in Cancun. Aliza is excellent! She showed attention to every inch of our bodies. The prices are very reasonable. My wife and I both felt so relaxed after. We will definitely be giving her a call the next time we are in Cancun.
