We took a Sian Ka'an deluxe tour with Easy Tours. The point of the deluxe tour was to avoid a long and bumpy ride and instead be taken to the key areas of the reserve by boat. The tour started badly because our hotel was at the entrance of the reserve and they picked us up at 6.50am before picking up everyone from all other hotels and bringing us to the office in the centre of tulum. We then drove back in front of our hotel to get to the reserve at 9.30am. Over 2h wasted being ferried around. This was followed by over 2h of bumpy road which the deluxe tour was precisely meant to avoid. Everyone in our bus was in the same situation and halfway through the drive we all realised that we had been conned. The tour in itself was OK but there was no explanation given by the crew about activities or wildlife. We went back the same way, except the ride took over 3h due to traffic. With the rest of the group we agreed to make ask for a refund but they did not care and pretended that the non deluxe tour was even longer. Another lie. Avoid this tour company at all costs. They do not care about your experience.

I did the Chichen Itza clasico tour with Easy Tour & it was horrible: - we were picked up at different places in Tulum & Playa del Carmen then we were driven to a souvenir shop where we waited 1 hour without instruction because apparently some people need to pay, like why money is not collected when you book the tour? - then we drove to another souvenir shop closer to Chichen Itza where we waited another hour. - we finally arrived at Chichen Itza at 12PM (yes for a full day tour) and there we had to wait to get our tickets distributed to each of us, why wasn't possible to distribute them during the 2h drive? - after the 2h in Chichen Itza, we ended for lunch at 2:30PM starving because of course no one said lunch will be serve at 2:30PM when you are picked up at 8AM for a full day trip. At everyone surprise, you can't drink your own drinks at the buffet restaurant, you can't drink your own water, you need to buy their 2$ small botter of water. - then we headed to Oxman cenote that was supposed to be included in the tour, when you arrive they tell you it's mandatory to pay 2$ for life jackets even if you won't swim, when you enter the cenote, of course no one wear the life jackets and it's just an excuse to make you pay. - finally, we headed to Valladolid & that was one of the reason I chose this tour & not Premium tour because I wanted to see the city & because we waited 2 hours in the morning we only had 20 min in Valladolid so basically you only see the main square. So the whole tour was a deception, it's a shame because Chichen Itza is really amazing, I will definitely recommend my friends to check another tour than this one...

The Sian Ka'an tour was a 4 hour trip on a very bumpy road, a very unpleasant ride. Then we only had 2 hours on the water to 'check' all sightseeing items as quickly as possible to return to the bus as soon as possible. Then the trip back was another 4 hours of horror which ended up in a traffic jam which caused the trip to take even 3 hours longer. Long story short: picked up at 7 am, dropped off at 22.30 pm for 2 hours of very low quality tour. By the way everyone of the tour was promised the 'deluxe tour' but then content matched with the basic tour description. What a scam...

Don’t go on a tour with them! We wanted to see the biosphere and they charged us 80 Euros each. That’s expensive, but I’m willing to pay for a nice experience. What they didn’t tell us: The minibus to Punta Allen takes three hours on a road full of potholes. Everybody got really sick. Then it’s two hours on a boat to do the actual tour and then again: Three hours back on the minibus. Everybody on the bus was surprised and unhappy. The driver just laughed and said it’s a „Mayan massage“, as it was so bumpy. I was feeling so sick after one hour, that I had to get off the bus and I wanted to go back. I couldn’t have done that for another five hours. I asked the driver to drop us off at a hotel, so I could get a taxi or something. But the driver just left us by the side of the road at a tourbus stop and said we should hitchhike back. Luckily, we were able to hitch a ride with the minibus of another tour company. I had only very little water left and we were in the middle of nowhere. The company is not willing to give us a refund. The boss was very disrespectful to me and wouldn’t even offer to partly refund. I am very unhappy. As is my 18 year old nephew travelling with me, who saved up for this trip with Minijobs for a long time.

I’ve gone on 5 tours with this company so far over the past 8 months. I’ve done Chichén Itza on two occasions, Bacalar, Sian Ka’an, and Casa Tortuga. The tours are long, giving you a lot of time to spend at your destination. The prices are competitive and great. The transportation vehicles are clean, air conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. The pick up directly from your residence is a convenient touch as well! The tour sizes are small so you get a very intimate experience. Every restaurant/ meal on the tour is super tasty (even the ham and cheese snack sandwiches they provide). The tour guides are knowledgeable, fun, and all around lovely. (Get Felix for Chichen Itza and Rosie for Sian Ka’an!) I would and have recommended this tour company to friends who have also loved their experience.

This review will tell you that you never can be to careful. Me and my friend were googling where to rent scooters from. We decided to come here because of the good reviews. So I tough, there are so many places close to each other that I tough this was was the good one. We meet with Jonathan which was professional but I the send time real dry when I asked with question. This made me really uncomfortable so I when ahead and took my time to take no kidding 100 pictures of every inch of the bike. He took the time explain everything except he forgot to mention a very important thing which I will tell you latter on. At one point I ask him how to get to “Reserva de la Biósfera Sian Ka'an” which he very kindly told me that if I went there with the scooter they will charge me $8000 pesos. About $400 dollars. So I decided not to go there and just cruise down the Tulum beach. Which just after a couple of hours of having the bikes we get pull over by the police for not wearing a helmet. Note: I am from miami and it’s not mandatory to wear a helmet as long as you have glasses. I don’t know the laws in Mexico so after taking to the officer I decided to quote and quote make and arrangement with him as long as I return the bikes right away. Upset I return to the rental office and I told them about the bad experience that I had because they for got to mention and provide a helmet with the rental. I wasn’t expecting my money back I was just glad that I didn’t get into deeper trouble with the law. All I was expecting was a sincere apology. Instead an older, heavy man tells the associate that was helping us not to give us any credit because we bride the officer instead of apologizing. I am taking my time to write this review for future travelers to be aware of the law. (In my personal opinion I wouldn't do business with them) For the owner: you might not noticed the impact of reviews and good customer service. You should train your staff better and work on that it goes a long away.

In no way recommended We booked a tour with them expecting a one hour ride to the biosphere reserve. Instead we got 3 hours on an incredibly bumpy road and a driver who barely slowed down. We were feeling sick after half an hour and asked if we could get off at the next hotel and cancel the tour which cost us 200 dollars for two people. We were let out at a spot with other tours and were told that we should just hitchhike back somehow, then he left. Luckily we were taken back by another tour company. They drove far more carefully and were just nicer in general. All in all I would not recommend booking tours with them under any circumstances

Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose a day of your trip. We were picked up 1 hour late from our hotel, taken to a large old bus when we thought the entire trip was in shuttles. First sightseeing event was the gift shop.. followed by a swim where we had to pay for life jackets or you could not swim at all. The worse part for us was the tour guide spoke horrible English and we where sold an English tour. To sum up the feelings of the experience, we felt trapped on a covid unfriendly bus, long wait times, barely any views - a complete tourist trap. We moved from gift shop to gift shop and painfully needed to follow the tour guide around for 8 hours.. we lost a day. Rent your own car and do it yourself!! It will be worth it.
