★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company, you can't get a hold of them on a emergency, phone numbers on confirmation docs never answer, phone or name on web site is incorrect. Pick ups schedule by them are ridiculous. 5 to 7 hrs before flight departure.

Not only need to mention that I could barely confirm my schedule for the bus from hotel to airport a day before due to 'privacy reasons' after countless patience in getting an answer, but I also never saw the bus.
When I got to the lobby at 9:55 am, a person from the hotel said that the transportation had already gone, while the planned departure time was at 10:05 am. I called the center right away, which told me, surprisingly, that they were calling the driver to know what had happened. I waited a lot until I could listen that the driver had already gone and the driver would not come back to hotel. I had to take a taxi to the airport after waiting for an half an hour of waiting for the bus that would never come.
