★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop - do not go anywhere else for your car rental. Rates are reasonable and the ability to communicate via WhatsApp was helpful when our plane was late. They waited for us to arrive via Ferry from Cozumel. It is a super easy walk from Ferry Station. If you are from the US don't be nervous about renting a car here. Be sure to make reservations and then confirm about a week out and then 2 days prior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eduardo! I can't afford to run around haggling so I picked a place and he was in the office. He took every pain to make sure I was clear on contrato details. We bonded over shared history, just in different countries. Eduardo will see the customer through to a happy, well informed, and I feel, comparably priced deal.
Let's just say the Dodge Neon is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Two days before our scheduled pick up date, I received a basic email that there were “problems with the cars and our reservation would be.”
Upon trying to discuss on WhatsApp with someone there, I was told there may be a solution and they’d get back to me. That person never did and I had to reach out again! Zero professionalism!
They then offered a car through another agency for double the price that we originally agreed to.
Stay away from them and go next door and see Ruben at U-Drive. He was great and didn’t play the bait and switch game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had reservations made 6 days, 2 weeks in advance. I have received confirmation that the car will be ready. Everything is beautiful! I made reservations on the booking of hotels and where will I be staying by car in the Yucatan region. everything is beautiful. 2 days before receiving the car, I received an email saying they don't have a car for me. zero professionalism. Poor customer approach. karma comes back. Jesus with you. Be careful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for 4 days from here. Made a direct online reservation last minute the night before, and they had the car ready the next day by noon.
Nobody tried to scam me or play tricks here which I really appreciate. They were also nicer than the average big rental company sales agent.
Despite reading countless stories about being pulled over by police for bribes and being scammed at gas stations, neither of that happened to me. Just drive the speed limit (easier said than done), and when getting gas, ask "how much for X litres" and pay that.
