★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay suficiente instructores y la neta el gym esta grande, he visto gente que hacen mal sus ejercicios y ellos no los corrigen. O si yo necesito ayuda, para algo. Ellos están en la entrada, en recepción platicando.
Todavía siguen con reservar la hora y media, si quieres ir en la mañana a una clase y en la tarde a hacer pesas no podrás.
Todavía hay reglas de vestimenta, sigo sin entender porqué.
 There are not enough instructors and the gym is big, I have seen people who do their exercises wrong and they do not correct them. Or if I need help, for something. They are at the entrance, at reception talking.
They still continue to book an hour and a half, if you want to go to a class in the morning and do weights in the afternoon, you won't be able to.
There are still dress rules, I still don't understand why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo que cobran deberían ser gimnasio 24hrs! Los viernes a las 10pm ya te estan sacando, apagan luces y todo… el domingo según google están abiertos hasta las 2pm y realmente cierran a las 12pm??♂️
For what they charge they should be a 24 hour gym! On Fridays at 10pm they are already taking you out, they turn off the lights and everything... on Sunday according to google they are open until 2pm and they really close at 12pm??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try this "gym" for a month, I agree with some clothe not been appropriated to exercise, specially women that show to much and can distract me, but men also need to wear something without sleeves when we train chest, shoulder and back.
The gym is Ok, but not really a good option for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going to this gym for months, and one day I came in to work out and was informed that my membership was due, which is just fine. I kindly asked if I could work out and pay the next day because I hadn't brought enough cash for the membership fee. The man at the counter angrily told me that I could not work out until I paid the full amount of my membership. It was their choice to deny me access, but it just felt so petty.
Secondly, there is a rule that you must have a towel on your person at all times, and it is strictly enforced. However, they conveniently sell towels for 60 pesos. I had forgot my towel one day, and was told that I needed to buy a towel or leave.
The equipment at the gym was nice, but in the end it is the people who can make or break your experience at a gym. This gym clearly held cash in higher regard than customers and it really ruined the experience for me.
