El primer día dejé la ropa por encargo pero no te la entregan el mismo día, sino dos días después. Si la quieres para ese mismo pues le ponen pedido de emergencia y el kilo sale más caro. La segunda vez que fui si utilicé las lavadoras y el personal fue bien amable, me explicaron todo y me recomendaron la mejor manera de hacerlo. Para poder utilizar las lavadoras debes registrarte en caja y te dan una tarjeta, la cual recargas y con ese dinero puedes utilizar los equipos. Hay lavadoras de 10kg, 14kg y 17kg. Cada cual cuesta 40 pesos la carga y la secadora es aparte en dependencia del tiempo que la uses. En mi caso fue por 15 min y me cobraron 40 pesos. La tarjeta tiene un costo único de 20 pero es para utilizarla cada vez que vallas al no ser que se te pierda y debas sacar otra. Muy satisfecha. Además cuenta con servicio de tintorería y planchaduría. I have been to other Ecoclean branches and at the moment this is the only one that I know of that has self-service.
