Bad attention. The person in charge does not wear a mask. They give you a price over the counter and then the dealer calls you to give you another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no hay control de calidad, no hay organización entre el personal, sin embargo hicieron el reembolso del 100% del deposito tal como prometieron.
- Intento de entrega 1
no llegaron a la hora acordada, después de 40min de estar diciendo que estaban en camino, se reprogramo para 3 horas después; al llegar al domicilio los muebles presentaban varios detalles e imperfecciones y se reprogramo una 2da entrega sin costo alguno.
- Intento de entrega 2
se rehízo un mueble nuevo, sin embargo, presentaban detalles e imperfecciones de nuevo a programar una 3ra entrega para reparar dichas imperfecciones sin costo alguno para la próxima semana.
- Intento de entrega 3
nos cancelaron la entrega debido a que el mueble se daño y volverían a elaborarlo (avisando con anticipación)
- Intento de entrega 4 (10 oct 2020)
nos cancelaron la entrega entrega debido a que "aun no estaba listo" (avisaron con un día de anticipación)
- Intento de entrega 5 (17 oct 2020)
el mismo día notificaron que no habría mueble y regresarían el 100% del dinero sin problema.
- Se reembolso el dinero (20 oct 2020)
* Resumen
A más de un mes del pedido no se pudo entregar el mueble, nos costo solamente 3 viajes a la ciudad de Hermosillo y varias semanas de espera pero el dinero fue reembolsado al 100%
Bad service, there is no quality control, there is no organization among the staff, however they made a 100% refund of the deposit as promised.
- Delivery attempt 1
They did not arrive at the agreed time, after 40 minutes of saying they were on the way, they were rescheduled for 3 hours later; Upon arrival at the home, the furniture presented various details and imperfections and a 2nd delivery was rescheduled at no cost.
- Delivery attempt 2
A new furniture was redone, however, they presented details and imperfections again to schedule a 3rd delivery to repair said imperfections at no cost for the next week.
- Delivery attempt 3
They canceled the delivery due to the fact that the furniture was damaged and they would make it again (giving advance notice)
- Delivery attempt 4 (10 Oct 2020)
they canceled the delivery because it was "not ready yet" (they gave one day's notice)
- Delivery attempt 5 (17 Oct 2020)
the same day they notified that there would be no furniture and they would return 100% of the money without problem.
- The money was refunded (20 Oct 2020)
* Summary
More than a month after the order, the furniture could not be delivered, it cost us only 3 trips to the city of Hermosillo and several weeks of waiting but the money was refunded 100%
