Terrible customer service, they ruined a pair of tennis and they did not take over and even then they charged me for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio y siempre está cerrado cuando debería estar abierto. Les he dado chance en un par de ocasiones, me han quedado mal y he llegado dos veces cuando debería estar abierto a recoger o dejar y estaba cerrado.
Poor service and it's always closed when it should be open. I have given them a chance on a couple of occasions, they have been bad for me and I have arrived twice when it should be open to pick up or drop off and it was closed.
