★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy tranquilo sin mucho que hacer. Hay un jardín con locales que ofrecen alimentos y un pequeño tramo pavimentado ( en construcción) dónde se puede apreciar la laguna. El lirio acuático está haciendo de las suyas así que el paisaje se ve un poco afectado. Efectivamente se ve que el gobierno apenas le está invirtiendo y esperemos que no acaben cuando se seque la laguna.
Very quiet place without much to do. There is a garden with shops that offer food and a small paved section (under construction) where you can see the lagoon. The water lily is doing its thing so the landscape is a bit affected. Indeed, it is seen that the government is barely investing in it and we hope that they will not end when the lagoon dries up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes estaba bonito, ya hoy en día está infestada de lirios, es sorprendente como ha cambiado, los lancheros se llegan atorar con los lirios y les cuesta trabajo hacer su recorrido, no han hecho nada por combatir eso.
Before it was beautiful, today it is infested with lilies, it is surprising how it has changed, the boatmen get stuck with the lilies and it is difficult for them to make their way, they have not done anything to combat that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que apenas le están invirtiendo en infraestructura, a falta de vigilancia la gente hace lo que quiere, suben sus autos al camino de concreto que apenas están construyendo, a ese paso n a la inauguración va a llegar en buen estado. De ecoturístico pues deja mucho que desear, los borrachos dejan basura por dónde quiera y no hay ningún bote para depositar la basura. Aunque en esa área ya hay un pequeño jardín con varios locales con venta de alimentos y canchas de fútbol y béisbol.
It seems that they are barely investing in infrastructure, in the absence of surveillance, people do what they want, they drive their cars onto the concrete road that they are just building, at this rate it will not arrive at the inauguration in good condition. From ecotourism it leaves much to be desired, the drunks leave garbage wherever they want and there is no container to deposit the garbage. Although in that area there is already a small garden with several stores selling food and soccer and baseball fields.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lake has receded quite a bit and there is mostly green foliage covering it, Even Google Maps satellite image shows a lake but it must have been some time since even that was updated. There are only 2 very small restraunts with no vegetarian options. I imagine it was a very different story a few years back though. Everyone was very nice but it was very dry and dusty so we left pretty quickly.
