★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio está en muy mal estado. Entra agua en los pisos intermedios. Se caen lozas de las paredes, estacionamiento inundado por semanas y mezclado con aguas negras, se va muchas veces la luz, los elevadores casi nunca funcionan o cuando funcionan te quedas atorado.
 The building is in very bad condition. Water enters the intermediate floors. Tiles fall from the walls, parking lot flooded for weeks and mixed with sewage, the power goes out many times, the elevators almost never work or when they work you get stuck.

Fui a caffetalina (excelente cafetería) y prácticamente me corrieron ya que anclar la bicicleta en cualquier parte del barandal exterior está prohibido, y no cuentan con ciclopuerto ni tampoco hay lugar para anclar una bicicleta a los alrededores, así que solo se puede llegar en coche o caminando.
Poor mobility planning. I went to caffetalina (excellent cafeteria) and they practically kicked me out since anchoring the bicycle anywhere on the outside railing is prohibited, and they don't have a cycle port and there is no place to anchor a bicycle in the surroundings, so you can only get there by car or walking.
