Vallarta, Envuelto por la naturaleza del bosque de la primavera, tranquilidad absoluta, seguridad, albercas, salón de eventos, áreas verdes, vialidades pavimentadas, etc. Solo para personas que tienen el poder económico de comprar un sitio tan exclusivo.
Excellent private preserve, very close to av. Vallarta, Wrapped by the nature of the spring forest, absolute tranquility, security, swimming pools, event hall, green areas, paved roads, etc. Only for people who have the economic power to buy such an exclusive site.

Clean streets, good size grounds, access by Vallarta avenue, it has a pool and terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for 1 yr (2021/2022). Houses being built. Lots of noise and dust. Live music FIESTA party place within 100 mts. Terribly loud on weekends. Several small universities and colegios all around the neighborhood. Only one way in and out. Traffic is mostly horrible if you need to exit toward Av Vallarta. Going towards the Estadio Chivas in not too bad unless there is a game then getting in and out is a nightmare. Don't recommend living there!
