★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pozole in Cuernavaca! Is really a great place, service is good. Is not cheap, though and they do not take cards only cash. Anyway is really worth it if you want to taste a nice pozole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The green pozole is simply the best you'll find, garnish it with ox tongue and... OMG! Just do it. Fancy a side dish? The sweet chipotle chalupas are heavenly. Want more? The marinated pigs trotters are *the best*, loaded with sweet laurel leaf flavour and melt in the mouth soft, but only available from Thursday to Sunday. So if you are hungry on Tuesday or Wednesday, be patient, it's worth the wait. And finally, what I love is that it's always the same wait staff - one of the waiters told us he's been working there for over 30 years. I don't know about you, but I prefer to spend my cash (no credit cards) in a restaurant that treats its staff well enough to keep them for so long. Staff loyalty speaks well of any business.
