QUE NO RESPETARON, YA QUE HOY LLAMO AL HOSTAL Y ME DICEN QUE NO HAY DISPONIBILIDAD POR QUE EL HOSTAL ESTÁ RESERVADO PARA UN EVENTO PRIVADO. LA JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA CHICA: "SOY NUEVA Y NO ESTOY ENTERADA DE TU RESERVA"... PÉSIMO SERVICIO, YA QUE LA SOLUCIÓN ME LA DIÓ BOOKING Y NUNCA EL HOSTAL. NO LES RECOMIENDO RESERVAR AQUÍ PARA GRUPOS TO START THE PHONE NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE IS NOT THE CORRECT BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER IT, TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 14, 2018, I HAVE A RESERVATION THROUGH BOOKING FROM MARCH 10, 2018 FOR 20 PEOPLE ... THEY DID NOT RESPECT, SINCE TODAY I CALL THE HOSTEL AND THEY TELL ME THAT THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY BECAUSE THE HOSTEL IS RESERVED FOR A PRIVATE EVENT. THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE GIRL: "I AM NEW AND I AM NOT AWARE OF YOUR RESERVATION" ... POOR SERVICE, SINCE THE SOLUTION WAS GIVEN ME BY BOOKING AND NEVER THE HOSTEL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO BOOK HERE FOR GROUPS

El precio es muy accesible y está muy cerca de todas las atracciones de San Miguel de Allende en el centro. Los dueños que te atienden son muy amables y siempre están atentos a sus necesidades.
