★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mi experiencia de 3 años puedo decir que está muy bien el vivir aquí, está tranquilo y en los grupos de Facebook y WhatsApp venden de todo e incluso hacen intercambios.
Eso sí, un punto negativo es que los adolecentes se pasan de rosca y quitan los aros de basquetbol en las canchas >:|.
Pero de hay en fuera está muy bien.
From my experience of 3 years I can say that it is very good to live here, it is quiet and in the Facebook and WhatsApp groups they sell everything and even make exchanges.
Of course, a negative point is that the teenagers go too far and remove the basketball hoops on the courts >:|.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es tranquilo, las rentas muy elevadas y los precios de las casas tambien elevados, salir en las mañanas por la unica entrada y salida de acceso es complicado, el semaforo no dura lo suficiente para salir de ahi, las filas son largas de los coches y parece no haber solucion, el alumbrado de las canchas tampoco es el adecuado no se puede jugar por las tardes y menos en las noches.
Personal de Atencion a clientes del fraccionamiento es pesimo.

The subdivision is quiet, the rents are very high and the prices of the houses are also high, going out in the morning through the only access entrance and exit is complicated, the traffic light does not last long enough to get out of there, the lines are long cars and there seems to be no solution, the lighting of the courts is not adequate either, you cannot play in the afternoons and even less so at night.
Customer Service staff of the subdivision is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento aún en construcción. Casas bonitas y aún todo bonito ya que es nuevo. Tiene todos los servicios, aunque el agua llega muy café y oliendo mucho a cloro. Le faltan áreas verdes o más árboles en los parques, están muy pelones. Esta limpio.
Subdivision still under construction. Nice houses and still everything nice since it is new. It has all the services, although the water arrives very brown and smells a lot of chlorine. They lack green areas or more trees in the parks, they are very bald. Is it clean.
