Ya está muy descuidado el lugar.
El piso esta manchado,sucio.
La terraza de igual manera descuidada,muchas hojas tiradas sobre la alfombra que se ve sucia y las enredaderas artificiales muy empolvadas también.
Quizá ya es tiempo de hacerle un cambio de imagen,de cambiar la pintura xk ya llevan mucho tiempo así.
Por otra parte las tasas ya están muy despostilladas y eso no es agradable.
Una opinión muy constructiva pues a mi esposa y a mi nos gusta mucho ir ahí desde hace mucho tiempo a disfrutar de un café o un chocolatito caliente que x cierto está delicioso!

The place is already very neglected.
The floor is stained, dirty.
The terrace is equally unkempt, many leaves lying on the carpet that looks dirty and the artificial vines very dusty as well.
Maybe it's time to do a makeover, to change the paint xk they have been like this for a long time.
On the other hand, the rates are already very chipped and that is not pleasant.
A very constructive opinion, since my wife and I really like to go there for a long time to enjoy a coffee or a hot chocolate that, by the way, is delicious!
