★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, de las mejores que se encuentran fuera de Hidalgo, simplemente delicioso... las tortillas hechas a mano, el consomé nada grasoso y la carne se deshacía de lo bien cocida en horno de piedra, y nada olorosa como suele suceder en la mayoría de los puestos...la atención personal del sr. Alfredo muy buena, desde luego que tendremos que regresar ya que si llegamos tarde y apenas y alcanzamos y porque nos quedamos con ganas de probar sus pollos a la barbacoa... recomendable ampliamente! No se arrepentirán...
Honestly, one of the best found outside of Hidalgo, simply delicious ... the handmade tortillas, the greasy consommé and the meat got rid of how well cooked in a stone oven, and nothing fragrant as it usually happens in most of the posts ... the personal attention of mr. Alfredo very good, of course we will have to return because if we are late and barely reach and because we are left wanting to try their barbecue chicken ... highly recommended! They will not regret ...
