This building is a place to go when you have nothing and want to meet up with other people that have nothing. Its little rooms and everything goes, everyting! The people that run the place are just like the prople that go there,so they act like they own the place and hold the 20pc rooms for people they like. This place is truly a waiting room for a tag on your toe. If thats what your looking for. You will have found it in there. It should be called THE END, death is running arround 247 and the people inside are regulars you wont fined trustworthy anything in this place.its abanded building very unsanitized and lots of dirty guys to play with that dont care sbout living anymore.its worth checking out but addicting at first.thats why the stair.
