★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la atención es buena, pero si les ofrecen la habitación 11 o 12 es mejor que se vayan a otro lugar. Para empezar hay que subir una escalera de caracol muy chica es imposible subir si traes maletas. Luego el lavabo esta mal posicionado de tal manera que si se te olvidas te vas a golpear con la pared. Logre ver las otras habitaciones y estaban decentes entre lo que pagas y recibes. Pero la 11 y la 12 son malisismas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular limpieza e instalaciones sólo falto un espacio con ganchos para colgar ropa evitando arrugas, hay toallas muy gastadas, el baño no es totalmente privado se compone de 2 mamparas de tablaroca sin techo lo que causa salida de ruidos, olores y humedad; usamos la 1a habitación al frente junto a la recepción, servicio amable a buen precio, servicio de alimentos muy accesible los precios quedó pendiente probar el sazón y volvería a hospedarme por que para ser céntrico el precio es razonable con sus detalles pero aceptable,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrar alojamiento en el centro de la ciudad de Puebla no es tarea fácil. Tuve la fortuna de encontrar un hotel a escasas 3 cuadras del zócalo de Puebla llamado hotel el comienzo, en él encontrarán limpieza y confort, lo recomiendo ampliamente; además de su excelente atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que buscas es sólo pasar la noche, te lo recomiendo, es de las opciones más económicas del centro de Puebla.
Camas y almohadas limpias, habría que cambiar las toallas que aunque están limpias están ya muy viejas.
El baño está muy limpio, sólo deberían resolver el problema del drenaje que tiende a oler algo mal el baño por eso y no porque éste sucio.
Por el precio ($270 habitación para 2) el lugar está muy bien, también guardan tus maletas sin costo alguno.
Zona céntrica y aparentemente bastante tranquila.
Las fotos que se muestran son las reales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, publicidad engañosa, te muestran imágenes que no son en realidad, habitaciones incómodas, inseguras, no tenían agua caliente, incómodo para descansar. Te "venden" wi-fi y cable, nunca funcionó la televisión. Pésimo lugar, jamás lo recomendaría.
Terrible service, misleading advertising, they show you images that are not real, uncomfortable rooms, unsafe, they did not have hot water, uncomfortable to rest. They "sell" you wi-fi and cable, the television never worked. Terrible place, I would never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, no lo recomiendo, te dicen que hay agua caliente 24/h y no la hay, te salen con el cuento que se acabo el gas y no es cierto, todos se quejan por lo mismo, pedi un rembolso por el engaño y me lo negaron
