★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, muy limpio, muy bien decorado y cómodo, hay instalaciones gratis como el gimnasio al igual que áreas comunes y lo mejor es que sigo teniendo privacidad con cuarto privado, la gente muy servicial y amable, el lugar es muy céntrico, llego a cualquier lugar rápido con la línea de metro. Me encanto!!
Excellent place, very clean, very well decorated and comfortable, there are free facilities like the gym as well as common areas and the best thing is that I still have privacy with private room, very helpful and friendly people, the place is very central, I get to Anywhere fast with the subway line. I loved!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El diseño está bien. Pero el edificio en ocasiones se queda sin agua y cierran el servicio de lavandería por eso. Hacen investigación para candidatos a huéspedes y en ocasiones algunos varones llegan a acosar a la mujeres.
The design is fine. But the building sometimes runs out of water and the laundry service is closed for it. They do research for host candidates and sometimes some men go as far as harassing women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La zona es perfecta ya que está enfrente el metrobus y en pocos metros Walmart y varios lugares para comer y plazas pequeñas , el tema es primero en las habitaciones ya que el tamaño en todas es diferente y por tan solo un poco puedes tener una habitación igual a las pequeñas , los servicios de agua son escasos no a la falta de agua si no por que usan regaderas automáticas y la presión del agua no alcanza a sacar el agua para bañarse , solo sirve una regadera de 3 el agua fria y caliente es un juego de azar te puede tocar o no depende del humor del edificio , se limpian las áreas comunes pero hay algunos muebles que se necesitan cambiar , el administrador y el dueño recibes poco apoyo en temas de arreglar lo del agua o el internet que a cada rato se va la señal , el ambiente entre los que viven ahí es padre lo malo es el trato que te dan , consejo toma foto de como te entregan el cuarto ya que cualquier cosa que no haya sido tu culpa o que así estaba te lo cobran del depósito , y por más que le explicas la administradora se encasilla a su historia y te dejan de contestar correos redes sociales , en si es buen lugar por la zona pero el mantenimiento y el como lo manejan deja mucho que desear , por el costo creo puedes conseguir algo mejor ya que te sale casi lo mismo renta un mini depa más servicios puesto que en este año elevaron los precios por tenemos de pago de IVA el cual no se había echo apenas en este año , mi recomendación busquen otra cosa y si no hay otra opción renten aquí pero guarden evidencia de todo y pónganse al tiro de los manejos de la administradora
The area is perfect since it is in front of the metrobus and in a few meters Walmart and several places to eat and small squares, the issue is first in the rooms since the size in all of them is different and for just a little you can have a room the same for the small ones, the water services are scarce, not because of the lack of water, but because they use automatic showers and the water pressure is not enough to take out the water for bathing, only a 3-inch shower works, the hot and cold water is a game of chance you may or may not play it depends on the mood of the building, the common areas are cleaned but there are some pieces of furniture that need to be changed, the administrator and the owner receive little support in terms of fixing the water or the internet that every so often the signal goes away, the atmosphere among those who live there is great, the bad thing is the treatment they give you, advice, take a photo of how they give you the room since anything that was not your fault or that was how it was, they charge you for it deposit, and for more than you explain, the administrator is pigeonholed to her story and they stop answering emails on social networks, in itself it is a good place in the area but the maintenance and the way they manage it leaves much to be desired, for the cost I think you can get something better now that you get almost the same rent a mini depa more services since in this year they raised the prices for we have to pay VAT which had hardly been done this year, my recommendation is to look for something else and if there is no other option, rent here but keep evidence of everything and get in touch with the management of the administrator
