We called the branch to check if there was a possibility of making a reservation for May 10th and they said no, even so we are encouraged to go without a reservation, it is understood that on that particular day, all the restaurants are bursting, therefore, without make a reservation because the waiting line already in the restaurant was about an hour, until then there was still no problem, the inconvenience began when we wanted to order, another hour passed and although the waitresses passed around and you told them that you were already there ready to order, they only limited themselves to answering that "in a moment they would attend to you or that they would send someone right now", which took a long time to sudeder, once they took the order, the drinks and the dishes began to arrive one by one and we were 15 people in total, so the wait was even longer, the draft beers were lowered with water, they told us that they couldn't give us michelado jars because they didn't have lemon or salt for that, when most of the pla tillos were served, we reported to the waitress that 2 more dishes were missing, especially lobster, and she said that they were almost out, another half hour passed, all the others were about to finish and nothing that they brought the lobster, we asked again the waitress who was passing by with those two dishes and cynically said, "I forgot, the lobster is already sold out", obviously we expressed our annoyance to the waitress, because she could have called ahead to ask for something else, but she didn't, in the end she they ordered other dishes that obviously took another hour to arrive at the table; to top it off they didn't bring us a jug of orange, they didn't want to sell us a beer from any bottle because we had to wait for orders to come out, they didn't want to give us a glass to serve water, because it was going to take another hour too, the The biggest thing was that they first had to attend to people before us. In the end, a manager never came or showed up to whom we could give our complaints, because the service was terrible. The food isn't great or fancy, it's so-so, but the service is completely lacking. I do not recommend them.

The food is very tasty, there are no odors in the place, the blue cord breast is delicious, the vegetables, despite being sautéed with butter, have a very rich flavor. The orangeade is delicious, they put a ball of ice cream on it that melts. The only bad thing about the place is that they close early, so you can't enjoy your stay as much. The prices are considerable. Helpful and fast staff, not many people in the place.

The food is excellent, the salmon fillets are 10, the mixed ceviche is very good, the pasta is 10. But the draft beer is always bad, or it is vinegary or without gas, this is the third time without gas, and so on. we leave.

The food here is delicious, I was really fascinated with the seasoning, almost everything we ate was delicious (the octopus empanada left much to be desired, the octopus was not cleaned well and the dough was meh ?). I really liked it here, I think I even liked it more than the Turba branch, I feel that here they take more care in the presentation of the dishes.
