Waiters Alex and Manuel provided excellent service! Food was super tasty! I was very impressed and left wanting more but my stomach was too small. So good! No complaints. Highly recommend.

We went at 10pm because that's when we could get in. The service was very slow and not very good which was surprising because the service everywhere else at the TRS Coral and The Grand Palladium was EXCELLENT. My husband and I were really looking forward to this restaurant most of all so it was a big letdown. We weren't given silverware or napkins even after we received our food. We had to wait a while to flag down the server to get silverware, I just went and grabbed napkins from a different table. I ordered the salad and that actually was really good. My husband's appetizer was ok. When we got dinner my husband's ribeye tasted like shrimp. My NY step steak was ok but not amazing. We didn't get all the sides we ordered but we're given a plate full of random sides. It drinks weren't refilled unless we flagged someone down. Dessert was fine. My husband got a cup of coffee also with dessert and said it was the best cup of coffee he had our whole stay. My husband said to only give one star but I feel like they deserved 2 starts based on the fact that they helped us get in, the fact that they are excellent about being cautious about allergies and dietary restrictions, that some of the food/drinks were really good, and the fact it was late (though still within their hours of operation). My advice go to the hibachi restaurant instead; it was out favorite.
