★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has horrible service. It is overpriced due to the portions being extremely small. I have been in Playa del Carmen for two weeks and I must say that this restaurant was the worst we experienced! No chips and salsa and they charged extra for the sour cream! What a tourist trap! Go across the street or around the corner and pay a lot less and take food home!

1) Even inside got harrased by Mariachi, vendors, rose sellers, kid beggars.. 5 time in an hour!
2) Waiter was a nice guy, but he begged constantly for more and more tip
3) food took a long time to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average Mexican fare. Not overly authentic and more Americanized Mexican food, however the beer was cold!
Ordered the chicken enchiladas and they had chicken tinga inside them. It’s not the correct combination or what I necessarily expected but still edible and with friendly service.
If you are in centro and want something to Mexican to eat, this is an option but there are many others in the vicinity that are more authentic and have better prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was pretty good-- fish tacos were fried (beer battered, filling!), and fresh guacamole made tableside was great. Unfortunate surprise at the end when the prices on the bill didn't reflect listed prices on the menu. Charged double for 1 beer and swapped around the $205 price to $250. I'm sure they thought we wouldn't look twice at the bill given we're tourists, and even if it wasn't a huge upcharge, it still feels awful when others try to take advantage of you in a foreign country, hence the 3 stars. While it was decent and had great fish and meat options, I won't visit there again this trip. Go, but with caution-- definitely check the bill and keep the menu with you until the end to make sure your bill reflects the prices on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HANDS DOWN BEST AUTHENTIC FOOD IN PLAYA!!! Maaaan no cap we were disappointed we didn't get to eat here twice. They have the best tacos and fried beens in the land ????!! I had the fish and shrimp tacos, fish was better but both were amazing. This place was rocking even during club hours !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place by walking..the service was great and super fast. They brought food for my toddler right away. Lots of great options. The margaritas are huge ;). They made fresh guacamole and the portions were good
The only downside is the price a little pricey but then it's a tourist area
