★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito y seguro, de los pocos lugares de la ciudad donde uno puede andar tranquilo, lo malo es que está un poco lejos de todo, básicamente dentro hay una que otra tiendita, de ahí en más no puedes salir a caminar por qué no hay nada, para cualquier cosa tienes que ir en algún vehículo.

- Hay una empresa que quiebra piedra a espaldas, sobre el cerro, y esto genera muchísimo polvo.
- La caseta de vigilancia no está automatizada y no se han reparado las plumas correctamente.
- Hay mucho perro callejero que viene y va; esto genera problemas de heces en los parques
- Con frecuencia hay desabasto de agua (aunque nunca ha sido algo grave o que cause molestias). El problema es que cada que se reestablece el servicio, el agua sale café o amarilla.
- Por estar al pie de carretera, el ruido de los camiones (frenó de motor) es muy común si vives en las primeras casas de la entrada.
- En los parques hay mucho adolescente que frecuenta estar fumando en grupito.
- No he visto que haya regulación de horarios de fiesta.
De ahí en más, puedo decir que los vecinos son muy unidos, hay tiendas que tienen de todo, nunca he tenido problemas por robo, es muy tranquila la zona, hay misa los domingos dentro del coto, no hay problemas de limpieza y recolección de basura, y se vive tranquilo en este lugar.

- In the parks there are many teenagers who frequent smoking in a small group.
- I have not seen that there is regulation of party hours.
From then on, I can say that the neighbors are very close, there are stores that have everything, I have never had problems due to theft, the area is very quiet, there is mass on Sundays inside the preserve, there are no problems with cleaning and collection of garbage, and you live quietly in this place.
