★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El condominio es bonito pero porque todo en la zona es bonito, teníamos ganas de saber más pudimos platicar con unos chicos que habían orado varios lotes y la verdad después de oír toda su experiencia y decidimos irnos a Kambul un desarrollo que te venden verdad.
No hay luz de noche es terroríficamente oscuro, ni seguridad, está las zonas comunitarias en ruinas, venden según nos comentó este comprador que vendieron spa y gimnasio y que nada de eso se cumple..
Cuidado que venden MENTIRAS, HAN ROBADO EN LAS VIVIENDAS QUE HAY EN EL CONDOMINIO, SIN SEGURIDAD, NADIE DA SOLUCIONES....HABLEN CON LOS VECINOS ANTES DE COMPRAR
The condo is nice but because everything in the area is beautiful, we wanted to know more we could talk with some guys who had prayed several lots and the truth after hearing all their experience and we decided to go to Kambul a development that you really sell.
There is no night light is terrifyingly dark, nor security, there are the communal areas in ruins, they sell as this buyer told us that they sold a spa and gym and that none of that is true.
Beware that they sell LIES, THEY HAVE STEALED IN THE HOUSES THAT ARE IN THE CONDO, WITHOUT SECURITY, NO ONE GIVES SOLUTIONS .... TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS BEFORE PURCHASING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento ya se encuentra muy avanzado, la urbanización ya está muy cerca de terminarse, está pavimentado con adoquin y ya se encuentran al frente de cada lote las tomas de agua y los pedestales para medidor eléctrico, todo el cableado es subterráneo, lo que le da una imagen muy limpia.
Ojalá que se cuide mucho la imagen urbana, es un desarrollo muy bonito como para que dejen construir cualquier cosa.
The subdivision is already well advanced, the urbanization is already very close to completion, it is paved with cobblestone and the water intakes and the pedestals for the electric meter are already in front of each lot, all the wiring is underground, which gives a very clean image.
Hopefully the urban image is taken care of a lot, it is a very nice development so that they allow to build anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove through deserted failing Oceana Azul. It’s quite far from any beach, almost 30 min drive. We saw what looked like about 4 or 5 homeless people had set up camp on some of the many empty lots. Maybe three homes with nobody. A couple of big tall complexes.
Forest overgrowth everywhere. No security at the gate and the exit drop post removed.
Looks like an abandoned dream gone bad.
