 The lady who charges and sometimes attends, has a very rude way of being with customers, answers badly and is upset if you do not pay her exactly or if you do not have change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no sé si sean trabajadores o dueños pero tratan a los clientes súper mal,son despotas, groseros,y todavía te dicen pues si no te parece puedes ir a otra cremería. De verdad que no hay alguien que pueda hacer algo al respecto .....como es posible que los dueños no agan nada al respecto
Terrible service I do not know if they are workers or owners but they treat customers super badly, they are despotic, rude, and they still tell you because if you do not think you can go to another cremería. There really is no one who can do something about it ..... how is it possible that the owners do nothing about it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta carisimo y pésimo servicio, son exageradamente prepotentes y groseros. 1/2 kg. de queso rayado en $58 pesos. Y de muy mala calidad el queso.
This very expensive and lousy service, they are overly pushy and rude. 1/2 kg. of grated cheese at $ 58 pesos. And the cheese is of very poor quality.

The products are of good quality. But the EMPLOYEES are despotic and rude. They never have change, they bother when you ask them to show you the products you are going to buy. With that attitude, sales will go down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de utilizar cubre bocas , deberían de usa red y gorro con el cabello bien recogido, recuerden que están manejando alimentos, deberían de hacer esto por higiene, y mejorar la atención a cliente, por qué tardan y luego andan de buen humor, no corran a los clientes....gracias por su comprensión.
They should use face masks, they should wear a net and a hat with their hair tied back, remember that they are handling food, they should do this for hygiene, and improve customer service, why are they taking so long and then they are in a good mood, don't run to customers....thank you for your understanding.
