★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The enmoladas had a nice spicy flavor but the tortillas were hard to cut into pieces. Not until the last one (out of 4) had the mole sauce softened it enough. Also, the grated cheese sprinkled on top tasted like parmesan to me which would have been a weird choice. Excellent jugo verde. Attentive service.
