★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ir de visita es un lugar muy bonito, pero si eres dueño de una casa de ahí, es horrible las reglas son son absurdas, eh estado en otros fraccionamientos en donde la alberca ya puedes tener acceso todo el día. En donde los animales puede estar en las áreas verdes obvio con vigilancia y en donde no hay tanta penalización por hacer ruido aquí hasta por tener música a un nivel moderado te multan. Te multan si se escuchan voces en TU casa!!! después de las 10 pm ??siendo qué es TU casa. No recomiendo para nada comprar una casa ahi
It's a very nice place to visit, but if you own a house there, it's horrible the rules are absurd, I've been in other subdivisions where you can already have access to the pool all day. Where the animals can be in the green areas obviously with surveillance and where there is not as much penalty for making noise here even for having music at a moderate level, you will be fined. They fine you if voices are heard in YOUR house !!! after 10 pm ??being what is YOUR house. I do not recommend buying a house there at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto en el q hay 11 privadas, cada una administrada d diferente manera. En general todo muy cuidado y organizado. Aunque como en todos lados hay personas q gustan d vivir a expensas d otras, q no respetan los lineamientos para una sana convivencia.
