Mi esposo y yo pedimos 1 kg de trompo y la verdad sí te dan el kg completo, no como en cualquier parte o tienda, lo pesan sin el plato, solamente la carne, así que es muchísimo! Lo recomiendo bastante ? y las salsas también estaban muy buenas!!! Delicious top, very different flavor from here (obviously). My husband and I ask for 1 kg of trompo and the truth is that they give you the full kg, not like in any other place or store, they weigh it without the plate, only the meat, so it's a lot! I highly recommend it ? and the sauces were also very good!!!

Eso sí los tacos típicos de Monterrey les quedan muy ricos !! Nuevamente dejo una opinión por aquí, ya que veo que va en decaída este lugar, la primera vez que fui fue una grata sorpresa que habían este tipo de tacos, pero ahora dejan mucho que desear, en teoría puedes llamar para pedir la orden por adelantado, pero nunca contestan, ya estando en el lugar tienen una desorganizado muy grande que te hacen esperar hasta 40 mins o más por unos tacos, se dicen que son tipo cdmx pero hasta las taquerías más grande de allá atienden mucho más rápido, que mal ver este tipo de cosas de lugares que empezaron bien, pero con este servicio dudo que vuelva a ir They have good flavor but today that I went the tripe did not turn out well at all. Recomiendo solo pedir tacos, el machete se ve sobrepasado por intenso sabor de la mancuerna "cebolla asada/queso" y para la torta utilizan un pan muy dulce además de esponjado. También hay que ir preparados para pelear por los 4 lugares que hay para estacionarse (y que al menos 2 son utilizados por los dueños) o utilizar los espacio de la plaza cruzando la calle. En general fue una experiencia regular, pero volveré por unos tacos de pastor, garantizado. The pastor is like the one in Baja, the Suadero like the one in Mexico City and the Sirloin like the one in the north. I recommend only ordering tacos, the machete is surpassed by the intense flavor of the "grilled onion / cheese" dumbbell and for the cake they use a very sweet bread as well as fluffiness. You also have to go prepared to fight for the 4 places that there are to park (and that at least 2 are used by the owners) or use the spaces in the square across the street. Overall it was a so-so experience, but I'll be back for some shepherd's tacos, guaranteed.
