You can try typical dishes here like escamoles which are ant's larvae in tacos and I tried them by the first time and they are very tasty. I recommend the churrasco in any presentation and the mole negro de Oaxaca.
Al this with a cold beer or a wine of your choice, although you can always ask for the recommended one, this time it was a tempranillo. A really good one.
