I am a foodie and a bit of a food critic. Not a complaint can be made. I was so impressed with la sabor- the flavors were so amazing. It truthfully tastes like a homecooked meal. The ingredients are fresh, the service is fast and professional. Thank you Gabi! You were a most gracious host and we were certainly be back for mas comida! Muchas gracias.
BTW these were the BEST NACHOS OF MI VIDAAAA !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful family run hotel and restaurant with lovely staff set in the centre of a lovely town. A 10 min walk to the turtle reserva and 40 mins walk to the lagoon. Close enough to reach lots of cenotes and other towns with the collectivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was frozen and not authentic. The smoothie is actually a milkshake with frozen fruit, the fish of the day was definitely frozen, precooked and coming from a supermarket. The veggies were very basic and not that good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tacos and some of the best margaritas I had on my Mexican trip. We found this accidentally while looking for another recommendation which happen to be closed. The place was full and they were short staffed. Still managed to serve us rather quickly an amazing set of tacos and quesadillas. So good, we went there again the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had tasty food. Prices were ok. The owners seem to do all the work of waiting the tables and taking orders. They run the whole show and are very kind. We came here back in 2015 when it had a different owner, it looks like they remodeled and tried to make it look nicer. Its a good place to sit and chat for a while if you have time, as the food takes a little longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're only open from 8am-7pm. The menu is small but everything on it is so wonderful. Best Nachos, awesome steak and fresh seafood, as well as wonderful service. If you are looking to taste authentic mexican art then this is the place.
It's very affordable and it's on the most beautiful little street.
