★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dejaron mal mi refrigerador y la señorita de recepción es de actitud pésima, no lleva un control de horarios para las garantías, se molesta al pedir respuestas y cuelga el teléfono. Nada recomendable este negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy 1 estrella sólamente porque los técnicos saben componer los aparatos de buena forma (no perfecto pero bien), mi queja es porque cobran demasiado caro y por la urgencia y cercanía pues a veces no queda de otra. La otra queja es porque si pides (y pagas) por alguna pieza o refacción te quedan mal una y otra vez, lo peor es que te digan por teléfono que ya tienen tu refacción o pieza y llegues (perdiendo tu tiempo obvio) y te digan que, nuevamente, no está, eso es una falta de respeto como persona y cliente, no sé para que se compremeten si no pueden coumplir. Lástima de negocio tan grande y antiguo, pero como en todo no son los únicos, ya encontraré otro.

The other complaint is because if you ask (and pay) for a part or spare part they look bad over and over again, the worst thing is that they tell you by phone that they already have your part or part and you arrive (wasting your obvious time) and they tell you that, again, he is not there, that is a lack of respect as a person and client, I do not know why they compromise if they cannot comply. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ES UN FRAUDE. Cobran por adelantado. No repararon mi lavadora. Le quitaron piezas, me cobraron las que según necesitaban y no me dieron las piezas que supuestamente ya no servían. Llamé para reclamar y quedaron de ir a revisar la lavadora a mi domicilio, pero jamás regresaron. Aunado a esto, no tuvieron cuidado con mi lavadora y le rompieron la tapa.
Por los comentarios que he leído a varias personas les han hecho lo mismo.
Por favor difundan, este negocio se aprovecha de las personas, es un fraude porque no cumple.
Terrible service, IT'S A SCAM. They charge in advance. They didn't repair my washing machine. They took parts from him, they charged me for the ones they needed, and they didn't give me the parts that supposedly no longer worked. I called to complain and they agreed to go check the washing machine at my home, but they never came back. In addition to this, they were not careful with my washing machine and they broke the lid.
From the comments that I have read to several people they have done the same.
Please spread the word, this business takes advantage of people, it is a fraud because it does not comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es pésimo, los técnicos cobran lo que quieren por reparar, no hacen válidas las garantías, claramente dice su nota que por la misma falla y mi refri tuvo 3 veces la misma falla, cuando por fin hicieron válida la garantía para la visita, tuve que pagar refacciones de nuevo porque ellos ya estaban poniendo la visita del técnico, después de 3 meses volvió a fallar, de exactamente lo mismo.
Cero confiables, nada responsables, pésima actitud
This place is terrible, the technicians charge what they want to repair, they do not make the guarantees valid, their note clearly says that for the same fault and my fridge had the same fault 3 times, when they finally made the guarantee valid for the visit, I had to pay for spare parts again because they were already calling the technician, after 3 months it failed again, exactly the same.
