★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve que ir a denunciarlos a PROFECO el día de ayer, están muy buenos para recibir dinero pero te venden cosas que no funcionan y luego no te las quieren cambiar ni tampoco devolverte el dinero AGUAS!!!!
Terrible service, I had to go report them to PROFECO yesterday, they are very good to receive money but they sell you things that do not work and then they do not want to change them or give you the money back. WATERS !!!!

Lleve hace un par de meses a reparar por segunda vez mi televisor porque las tiras led estaban descompuestas, según ellos me cambiaron las tiras led por unas originales nuevas. Hoy se volvió a descomponer mi televisor después de pocos meses de uso y decidí repararla por mi mismo, me encontré con la sorpresa de que las tiras led jamás se las cambiaron, simplemente le soldaron unos led usados al lado de los que no servían. Me cobraron $1800 por soldar 5 leds de $10
I would never recommend fraudulent thieves.
It took a couple of months to repair my TV for the second time because the LED strips were broken, according to them they changed the LED strips for new originals. Today my TV was broken down again after a few months of use and I decided to repair it myself, I was surprised that the LED strips never changed them, they just welded used LEDs next to the ones that didn't work. They charged me $ 1800 for welding 5 leds of $ 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ primero dijeron que estaban esperando piezas y por eso la tardanza después fui y me dijeron que ya no prendia y que por eso ni la revisaron... Al llegar a casa, conecté el equipo y sí prendió, es decir, o no supieron conectar el modular o ni siquiera les dio la gana hacer nada. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas las daría.
First they said they were waiting for parts and that's why it was so late, then I went and they told me that it wouldn't turn on anymore and that's why they didn't even check it... When I got home, I connected the equipment and it did turn on, that is, or they didn't know how to connect the modular or they didn't even feel like doing anything. If I could give zero stars I would.
